Where are the knives manufactured?

We are based in Singapore. The knives/ brands are stored in various facilities and warehouses in Asia.

Are the knives made sharp or dull?

All knives are sharp unless otherwise specified. We also carry dull knife items.

Do you sell switchblades, automatic knives, gravity knives, balisongs, OTF knives, disguised knives, tactical knives and spring assisted knives?

We DO NOT sell switchblades, automatic knives, gravity knives, balisongs, OTF knives, disguised knives, and tactical knives. All folding knives in our store are not automatic or OTF. We do carry semi-spring assisted knives.  They are knives for day to day use only. Not for combat or illegal purposes.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide and offer free shipping. We do not ship folding Knives to Canada. Our items are stored at various warehouses in Asia. Each warehouse has its own delivery logistic that is subjected to different laws and regulations, and thus may not ship to certain locations. If we cannot deliver the item to your location, we will inform you and do a refund.

Will Covid 19 cause a delay in my orders?

Yes. Due to the challenges posed by COVID-19, including service disruptions by delivery providers, your order may be delayed.

With a lengthening list of border closures and the disruption to air routes worldwide, mail delivery between countries is affected.

It could take a month or up to 3 months for you to receive the items. We ask for your patience and encourage you to keep tracking your orders.  Contact us at care@zsenknives.com if you do not receive your item after 60 days.

Is it legal for me to purchase your items?

You have to be of legal age at 18 years to purchase our items. The legal age varies for different countries. You have to declare your age, and agree to our Terms during check out.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and/ or the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. All orders purchased on this Site has to be purchased by a person who is at least 18 years old.

We are unaware of your local laws. Some countries impose strict restrictions on knives items and might be illegal for you to import to your country.

For more information on your country’s legal age for knife item purchase, please contact and check with your local authorities before making a purchase from us. We will not be able to guarantee delivery due to different state laws and may have to cancel the order.

By purchasing an item from us, you acknowledge that you have the legal capacity and comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws related to the possession, ownership, carry, shipment, transport, and use of any our items.

Will my knife be confiscated at customs?

We are unaware of your local laws. Some countries impose strict restrictions on knives items and might be illegal for you to import to your country. 

For more information on your country’s import/ export laws, customs/ duties charges, please contact and check with your local customs office before making a purchase from us to ensure that your item will not be confiscated by customs.

Why some products do not have packaging?

Zsenknives is dedicated to protect the environment and committed to environmental sustainability. We try our best to minimize waste with less or no packaging. We believe in making an impact that matters.

Be rest assured that the products will be well protected with wraps or simple packaging.

Can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided. And you can track the package from our Tracking page.

What are the payment methods?

Our store currency is in USD. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

What is your return policy?

We have a 14 days return policy, means after 14 days, we will not do any refund or exchange. If we have sent the wrong or defective item, the item can be returned for a replacement or refund within 14 days from the date that you received the item. For more information, please refer to our Returns.

Do you provide warranty for your items?

Our Items are under 1 year warranty. Sheaths are not under warranty. For more information, please refer to our Warranty.

Can I cancel my order?

Do reach out to us at care@zsenknives.com and check the status of your order. If the order is already shipped and is on its way to you, we will not be able to process the cancellation for you. You can choose to return the item within 14 days from the date you received the item. And we will process a refund. Take note that you will be responsible for the shipping fees for returning item to us. We are only able to issue a replacement, refund or exchange if the item is returned to us. My item is confiscated and cannot pass through the customs. Can I ask for a refund?

My item is lost/ stolen. Can I ask for a refund?

We do not bear responsibility for items lost or stolen in the shipping process. No replacement, refund or exchange for used/ abused/ lost/ stolen items and change of mind. For more information, please refer to our Returns.
