14 day returns
If we have sent the wrong or defective item, the item can be returned for a replacement or refund within 14 days from the date that you received the item.
We are only able to issue a replacement or refund if the item is returned to us.
How to return
Do reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the item. Our friendly staff will assist to advise the next steps and will provide you the respective warehouse address to mail back to.
Once we receive your returned item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your replacement/ refund or exchange after inspecting the items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item must also be in the original packaging. Please include your full name, order number with original invoice and a note to explain the reason for the return.
Please read the following carefully before returning the item
You cannot use a product and then return it. The item must be in its original packaging.
No blades, screws, handles, parts should be deliberately removed. No scratches caused by handling as this would mean that the item has been used. Item that has been used/ abused/ modified will not be accepted. No replacement, refund or exchange for used/ abused/ modified/ lost/ stolen items and change of mind.
You will be responsible for the shipping fees for returning item to us.
Replacement is allowed for the same item type/ model. If the item is out of stock, you can exchange for another same price item of your choice. Replacement and refund is for regular priced items only. Sale/ Promotional items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Delivery times vary depending on location, weather, customs check etc. It may take some time for the replaced/ exchanged item to be delivered to you.
Note the tracking number for your returned item. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or stolen in the shipping process.
Counterclaim for fraud and refund abuse
Zsenknives reserves the right to refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles Zsenknives to a corresponding counterclaim.
Some examples of fraud and refund abuse (this is not an exhaustive list) -
1) Item is in good condition but claimed that item is damaged
2) Item is delivered but claimed that item is not
3) Using a stolen credit card that does not belong to you to make a purchase
4) Placing orders using counterfeit credit cards
No refunds for the following:
- Due to color/ image variation
Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each item's colour, actual colours may vary slightly, due to different device screen calibration settings, the lighting used during photography, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors. We will not accept responsibility for any colour differences that are not factory faults.
- Item is confiscated and cannot pass through the customs
We are only able to issue a replacement, refund or exchange if the item is returned to us. Please check with your authorities and custom office before making a purchase from us to ensure that your item will not be confiscated by customs.
- Item is lost/ stolen
We do not bear responsibility for items lost or stolen in the shipping process. No replacement, refund or exchange for used/ abused/ lost/ stolen items and change of mind.
- Change of mind
We are only able to issue a refund if the item is returned to us within 14 days from the date of you, receiving the item.
