Why is the tracking information not available?

Do not be alarmed if you do not see the tracking information updated yet as it takes a few days to register into the system. 

Why is the tracking information stalled?

Tracking information will be stalled during transit or custom checks. Do wait for a few days to allow Carrier to update and refresh tracking information.
