Our Items are under 1 year warranty by ZSENKNIVES.
We warrant our items to be brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship when we deliver them to you. If there is a manufacturer defect, we will repair or replace the item.
How to claim your warranty
Do reach out to us at email@example.com before returning the item. Our friendly staff will assist to advise the next steps and will provide you the respective warehouse address to mail back to.
Once we receive your returned product we will immediately notify you of the status of your return after inspecting the items. if the item’s condition is beyond repair, we will replace with an item of same type/ model. If the item model runs out of stock or is discontinued, we will check with you to see if you would like us to return the item to you.
When you return the item, please provide us a note that indicates your full name, order number, and explain the defects and issues. Attach the original invoice, with the note and item.
Arrange shipping with the tracking number for your returned item. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or stolen in the shipping process.
Warranty covers the following
Item fail to function due to its design, defect in the manufacture, materials, or workmanship.
Warranty does not cover the following
Warranty does not cover change of mind, normal wear, loss, misuse, abuse, improper handling, accident, neglect, improper sharpening, normal wear and tear, coating wear, scratches, loose screws, color fades, rusting, alteration and modifications.
Chips in the knife blades, broken knife tips, discoloration from food and rust spots are also not covered.
Note that "stainless" does not mean "rust proof". All stainless steels will rust if not cared for and rust is not covered by warranty.
Warranty does not cover color/ image variation
Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each item's colour, actual colours may vary slightly, due to different device screen calibration settings, the lighting used during photography, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors. We will not accept responsibility for any colour differences that are not factory faults.
Shipping and other fees
You will be responsible for the shipping fees for returning item to us.
if the item can be repaired/ replaced, we will cover the shipping fees when we send the repaired/ replaced item to you.
If we are unable to improve the condition of a item, and we are not able to replace with an item of same type/ model (If the item model runs out of stock or is discontinued) we will return it to you with the recommendation it be retired from use. You will be responsible for all costs associated with shipment of the item.
You will be responsible for all additional charges for custom clearance. These include import tax or customs duties/ fees imposed by your local customs office at the time of delivery.
Delivery times vary depending on location, weather, customs check etc. It may take some time for the item to be delivered to you.
